April 17th, 2005. Tucson, Arizona. Led by a charismatic figure identifying himself as "Colonel Rothbard," a militant anarcho-capitalist group known only as the Liberty Brigade has seized control of the Saguaro Towers, taking over a hundred hostages and wiring the buildings with high explosive. Their demands: the United States government has ten hours to bring an end to interventionism overseas, or the towers will be destroyed. But not everyone trapped inside Saguaro is going down without a fight. Over the course of a career with the CIA's Special Activities Division, Ben Williams has seen terrorists like Rothbard before. He's seen them die. Surrounded by enemies with allies in short supply, Williams finds himself racing against the clock as the seconds tick down toward the deadline. His only objective: stop the Liberty Brigade at all costs.
